How to place an order on the site?
To place an order on our site, you must first create an account. Then, you just have to put items in your cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. Once in your cart, you can place an order by following the different steps of the ordering process (cart, address, delivery, payment). By validating your order you validate and accept the General Conditions of Sale of our site.
How do I track my order?
In your customer area, click on the "Your orders" section. You can then access the list of your orders and their status. The tracking link will be sent by email as soon as the order is shipped.
I want to cancel my order.
Once the order is validated, no modification is possible. You will have to refuse the order with the carrier or follow the return procedure when you receive the package.
Delivery
What are the delivery methods?
For orders to be delivered in France, packages are prepared and shipped within 48 working hours. From Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day (subject to availability of the item, excluding holidays and exceptional closure).
You will be informed by email of the progress of the preparation of your order and its shipment.
You have the possibility to choose your shipping method. For deliveries in France, you have the choice between GLS (3,90€) and Colissimo (4,90€).
For deliveries abroad, you have the choice between GLS (15,00€) and Chronopost (15,00€).
What are the delivery times?
Orders placed on the www.lamarthe.com website are processed from Monday to Friday.
The products will be shipped to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process. The Lamarthe brand cannot be held responsible for possible data entry errors and their consequences in terms of delays or delivery errors. In this context, you will be responsible for all costs incurred for the return of the goods.
Deliveries in France are made within 48 to 72 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays, from the date of receipt of the "order shipped" confirmation email. We invite you to follow the progress of your delivery.
What can I do if I am not home on the day the delivery is scheduled?
In case of absence at the time of the passage of the carrier, your parcel will be deposited in a point relay near your delivery address. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender.
The Lamarthe brand declines all responsibility for delays in delivery caused by the absence of the recipient of the parcel or in the event of failure to collect the parcel within the time limit set for this purpose.
The Lamarthe brand cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions caused by the carriers.
Regarding delivery problems, any defect or delay in delivery exceeding eight working days must be reported to the Lamarthe customer service department as soon as possible by e-mail to lamarthe.info@gmail.com.
Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
When you place an order in step 1 "Addresses" you have the possibility to add a different address from your delivery address by unchecking the box "Use the same address for billing. You can also modify your addresses in "My Account", by clicking on "My addresses" and thus select an address for delivery and add a billing address.
What delivery options do I have?
We propose you the delivery by :

- Chronopost

Payment
Is my payment secure?
Thanks to our partners Stripe and Paypal and the 3D secure verification all purchases are secure.
What are the means of payment?
You can pay your order by :
- Credit card (VISA, Eurocard, Carte Bleu, American Express and Mastercard)
- Paypal (by credit card or Paypal account)
Exchanges and feedback
I have just received my product but I want to return it and be refunded. What should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the possibility to return the items within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to the following address

We accept to take back the new articles, not used and accompanied by the original labels. We invite you to keep the shipping packaging.
We remind you that the return of your article is at your expense and that no return can be accepted without having contacted the Lamarthe team beforehand by indicating Subject - Lamarthe Return at the following email address

As soon as we receive and verify your return, we will proceed with the reimbursement using the same method of payment that was used for your purchase.

Not proceeding to the exchange, we invite you to return your order to us in order to perceive your refunding and to order again the desired product.
