  • Product details :

      • Purchase your e-gift card like a regular product (no configuration is required at this stage).

      • Log in to your customer account and go to the "My Gift Cards" tab.

      • Click on "Configure" for the gift card you wish to use.

      You then have two options:

      Send your gift card to the recipient's email address:

      To do this, please complete the mandatory fields: "RECIPIENT'S NAME" and "YOUR NAME."
      You also have the option to add a personalized message (optional) by filling out "ADD A TEXT."
      Then, simply select "send by email" and confirm.

      You will still have the option to download the gift card if needed.

      Download the gift card in PDF format:

      You will also need to fill in the mandatory fields, then select "download PDF" and validate by clicking "download."
      By choosing this option, it will no longer be possible to send your e-gift card by email.
  • Delivery and return :
    • The delivery is offered in Metropolitan France except Express 24h delivery. From Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day (subject to availability of the item, excluding public holidays and exceptional closures).

      For deliveries abroad, you have the choice between GLS (15,00€) and Chronopost (15,00€).

      If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the possibility to return the articles within 14 days after the date of receipt of the order.
