Order
How to place an order on the site?
To place an order on our website, you must first create an account. Then, simply add items to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Once in your cart, you can proceed with the ordering process (cart, address, delivery, payment). By confirming your order, you confirm and accept our website's Terms and Conditions of Sale.
How do I track my order?
The tracking link will be sent by email as soon as the order is shipped.
I wish to cancel my order.
Once the order is validated, no changes are possible.
Delivery
What are the delivery methods?
For orders to be delivered in France, packages are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours. From Monday to Friday, all orders are placed before 12 p.m. (subject to availability, excluding public holidays and exceptional closures).
You will be informed by email of the progress of your order preparation and shipment.
For deliveries within mainland France, we deliver with Colissimo (€4.90).
For deliveries within Europe, we deliver with Colissimo (€15.00).
For deliveries to China and the United States, we deliver with Chrono Economy / UPS (€40.00).
What are the delivery times?
Orders placed on the website www.lamarthe.com are processed from Monday to Friday.
Products will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. Lamarthe cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors and their consequences in terms of delays or delivery errors. In this context, all costs incurred for reshipping will be at your expense.
Deliveries in mainland France are made within 48 to 72 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays, from receipt of the “order shipped” confirmation email. We invite you to follow the progress of your delivery.
What should I do if I am not there on the day the delivery is scheduled?
If you are not there when the carrier calls, your package will be left at a collection point near your delivery address. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender.
The Lamarthe brand declines all responsibility for delivery delays caused by the absence of the recipient of the package or in the event of failure to collect within the time limit provided for this purpose.
The Lamarthe brand cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers.
Regarding delivery issues, any delivery defect or delay of more than eight working days must be reported to Lamarthe customer service as soon as possible by email at sav@lamarthe.com
Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
When placing an order in step 1 "Addresses" you have the option to add an address different from your delivery address by unchecking the box "Use the same address for billing. You can also modify your addresses in "My Account", by clicking on "My addresses" and thus select an address for delivery and add a billing address.
What delivery options are available to me?
We offer delivery by: Colissimo / Chronopost to your home.
Payment
Is my payment secure?
Thanks to our partners Stripe and Paypal and 3D secure verification, all purchases are secure.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay for your order by:
- Bank card (VISA, Eurocard, Carte Bleu, American Express and Mastercard)
- Paypal (by credit card or Paypal account)
Exchanges and returns
I just received my product but I want to return it and get a refund. What should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the items within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order to the following address:

We accept returns of new, unused items with original tags. We encourage you to keep the shipping packaging.
For a quick refund, please enclose the invoice for your order with your return.
We remind you that the cost of returning your item is your responsibility and that this must be done within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order.
We kindly ask you to send us the tracking number of your return package, as well as your order number and your contact details to the following email address:

Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for your purchase.
I would like to make a return for an exchange.
As we do not proceed with the exchange, we invite you to return your order to us in order to receive your refund and reorder the desired product.
