REGULATIONS OF THE GAME "1 ORDER OUT OF 20 FREE"
ARTICLE 1 — ORGANIZER
The company VEROX RETAILING, a limited liability company with a capital of
€8,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 842 274 029, whose
head office located at 40 rue des Blancs Manteaux, 75004 Paris, France,
represented by its legal representative (hereinafter "the Organizer"),
SIRET No. 842 274 029 00011, VAT number FR35842274029,
operating the site lamarthe.com, organizes a game with a purchase obligation
titled "1 order out of 20 free" (hereinafter "the Game").
ARTICLE 2 — OBJECT AND DURATION
The Game runs from July 26, 2026, at 8:00 AM to July 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM
(Paris time), on the site lamarthe.com, as part of the closure of

ARTICLE 3 — PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
The Game is open to any adult individual residing in the European Union

ARTICLE 4 — PARTICIPATION TERMS

ARTICLE 5 — DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

neither exchangeable nor refundable in cash, and cannot give rise to any

according to article 5.
ARTICLE 7 — INFORMATION AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
Winners are informed by email at the address provided during the
order, within seven (7) days following the draw. The voucher

the draw. The sending of the voucher is solely at the initiative of
the Organizer; no action is required from the winner. In

without its liability being engaged.
ARTICLE 10 — REGULATIONS
This regulation is available for free consultation throughout the duration of the
Game at the URL. Participation in the Game implies full acceptance of
entirety of this regulation.
ARTICLE 11 — DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
This regulation is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to it
interpretation or its application will, in the absence of an amicable resolution,
subject to the competent courts.
